Joel provided amazing customer service while helping multiple people. He was very patient, I needed a last minute sympathy arrangement. Joel gave me a suggestion that I denied; in the long run, it ended up being what he originally suggested. He remained patient with me, the arrangement turned out beautiful & the price was very reasonable!

Customer service was outstanding. The lady saw that I wasn’t liking their inventory and she decided to make me a new bunch of flowers, which I really appreciate thank you so much for that. You are awesome. This costed me $40 and my girlfriend loved it.

Santos Flowers is our go to spot for all our floral needs. I love the variety available when you walk in. If they don’t have what you need they will work with on the spot. Prices are very reasonable and delivery has always gone smoothly!

TRASH! I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered one thing and was delivered something completely different with no communication. I called and the manager said they had no red roses at all so replaced with white roses. Then hung up on me. I called back then the manager said it was the drivers fault and mixed up the bouquets with red roses and white roses and delivered the wrong one. But you just told me you had no red roses. He then hung up on me a second time. I call back and all he says is take it up with your bank and hung up on me a third time. What was delivered is NOTHING like what was ordered and legit looks like it came from a grocery store on clearance. This was for a birthday and they dropped the ball and their customer service is a million times worse than the flowers delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Save your money and go to a grocery store for better quality. They take your money and give you terrible flowers. This is what I ordered vs what we got. SCAMMERS!!!!!
